After world tours and huge success with their first two albums, Maroon 5 hits the road again to promote their highly anticipated third studio album, Hands All Over. This album is a mix of rock, pop, funk and R&B. “We don’t wear our influences on our sleeves on this record, which is cool,” explains front man, Adam Levine. The band has created their most immediate-sounding effort yet. “You hear things popping out at you that you never thought you could hear,” says Levine. “It’s very overwhelming — you can’t ignore it.” Adds, keyboardist, Jesse Carmichael. “We put so much energy into the record that we were just exhausted when we were done recording.”
Special guest, Guster, is an American jangle pop band formed in 1991, known for its live performances, humor, and cult following. When asked about the bands musical direction, drummer Brian Rosenworcel says, "We just keep getting more and more out there while somehow still writing songs with strong melodies that we all like."
